A waterproof eyebrow pencil with a specially profiled stick that allows you to create perfect eyebrow make-up. A pencil that corrects and gives the right shape to the eyebrows. The eyebrow arch emphasized with it will optically open the eye and make the look sensual and deep. Available in two color versions. The package is equipped with an eyebrow comb, necessary to comb and shape the eyebrows properly

HOW TO USE

Use the pencil to outline the contour of the eyebrows and fill in the gaps between the hairs.
