Returns

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

  • The period is counted from the day the Product is delivered to the Consumer or a person designated by them.
  • For orders containing multiple Products delivered separately, the period starts from the receipt of the last Product.
  • The Consumer may withdraw from the contract by submitting a declaration electronically or by mail to the company’s address.
  • The Seller will confirm receipt of the return declaration.
  • The Consumer must return the Product to the company’s address within 14 days of withdrawing from the contract.
  • The refund will be made immediately, no later than within 14 days, via bank transfer to the specified account.
  • The cost of returning the Product is covered by the Consumer, unless the Seller has not informed them of this obligation.
  • The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned Product is received.
  • The Consumer is entitled to a refund of the delivery cost, limited to the cheapest delivery option offered by the Seller.

Complaints

If a Product is defective, the Consumer may submit a complaint via email or postal mail.

  • Complaints should be directed to the company address provided above.
  • The Consumer may choose any shipping method (courier, postal service) for the complaint, but if the complaint is accepted, the Seller will bear the shipping cost.
  • The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days of receiving it and inform the Consumer of the decision.
