  1. Start by cleaning your face of all makeup residue.
  2. Boil the right amount of water, pour boiling water into a large bowl.

  4. Position yourself carefully over the bowl so that the steam is directed directly at your face. Eyes and mouth during the "sausage" should be closed.


Apply the sausage for about 15-20 minutes until the steam is gone. When you're done with the sausage, rinse your face with lukewarm water and gently pat dry with a towel. Then apply the Pilaten mask on the face prepared in this way.
