Mix the contents of 1 ampoule (13 ml) with cold water in a 1:1 ratio in a ceramic or plastic container. Mix until you get a creamy, thick consistency. Apply to clean, towel-dried hair - from roots to ends. Put on a foil cap and heat with a hair dryer for 5 minutes. Leave for 20-60 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Recommended use: maximum once a week.
