METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

Infusion: pour 200–250 ml of hot water at a temperature of approximately 90–95°C over about 1 teaspoon of pu-erh tea (about 2–3 g).

Brew for about 5 minutes, then strain.

Drink the infusion 1–3 times a day, preferably between meals.

Due to the natural caffeine content, it is not recommended to drink the infusion immediately before bedtime.
