HOW TO USE

The easiest way to apply the base is to pat it on the eyelid with your finger immediately before applying the shadows. Try not to rub it too much from side to side so that there is the same amount of product in each place. Apply the base to the entire eyelid - both on its movable part and under the eyebrow arch.
